Training with stone steel

how will we access our training information when working together?

Your training split will be accessible via STONE STEEL application and via desktop access (URL: stonesteel.trainerize.com). With the STONE STEEL app., you will be able to review your updated program (meal plan, training split, cardio regimen, water intake, etc.) as previously discussed during your last check-in.

HOW DOES THE APP WORK?

The STONE STEEL app. is FREE! After your application is accepted, you'll receive a welcome e-mail with instructions how to proceed. Make sure you set 5-10 minutes aside to answer the consultation form in detail. The information that you provide will help me create a program that fits seamlessly into your lifestyle. In your STONE STEEL dashboard, you will be able to access your current meal plan, training split, instructional exercise videos, historical check-ins and more. The goal is to create a strategy that keeps you accountable and moving forward, physically and mentally.

Shipping and Returns

what is your return and exchange policy?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at andre@stone-steel.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

inquiring for existing order

If you are inquiring about an existing order, please include your name and order number in the subject. At this time, support is only available via email: andre@stone-steel.com

when will my order ship?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email once your order has been successfully placed. Please ensure your information, including your email address and shipping address, is correct as we cannot update, reroute, or redirect packages once they have been shipped out.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will ship on Monday. Please allow up to 3 business days for orders to be processed before shipping.

where do you ship?

We ship to U.S. addresses, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We do not ship to PO Boxes/APO/FPO. National shipping rates are calculated by the shipping provider based on package weight and destination. Additionally, the shipping guidelines published on this website do not guarantee a shipping or an arrival date.

refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

damage and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
